This may seem tedious, however, things will run smooth if this is completed up-front. Your details are protected and necessary for compliance and communication between Buyer, Seller, and Shipper transactions.
Search our database for existing products by using our Product Spot or Deal Spot. The Product Spot is monitored by e-railspot and kept up-to-date by our Sellers to reflect the most accurate information possible. Our Deal Spot is where you can search for special sales of various products. Think of this as your personal classifieds listing! You will also find products being sold in an online auction style. These sales don’t last long! So be sure to check periodically so you don’t miss an opportunity to get a great deal. You can also save a product as a favorite, and get alerts on your favorite products as their status changes!
Want more options to choose from? IF you don’t find a product(s) in the Product Spot or Deal Spot, you can create an RFQ that will be sent to all registered vendors in our industry! Just complete the RFQ form listing the Products and/or Services you want pricing for, hit submit, and get responses to your request! Your request will be sent to all potential Sellers based on the Category you choose (multiple categories can be used). You can make the RFQ Public OR Private, request for shipping to be included or use our shipping portal to pick your own carrier, request Buy America, DBE compliance, Terms & Conditions, and even upload Specification sheets. There is also a communication portal for Buyer-Seller or Buyer-Shipper to speak directly as needed. This will be available throughout the Procurement journey all the way to the receipt of your goods or services. Your communications come to you in your own Admin portal, along with an email alert to your email on file when the status of your order changes!
You deserve choices with your shipping also! After you add your product(s)/Service(s) to your shopping cart and checkout, you will be directed to our shipping portal. Provide the delivery address, contact details, and click submit. All of your product details will be carried over, and sent to numerous potential carriers to bid on delivering your product(s). You then choose the carrier that best meets your needs!
