The new sidewalk steel beams produced by Anyang Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. are mainly used for passenger and freight railroads with a speed of 160km/h and 200km/h, which can simplify construction, increase bearing capacity, and facilitate later maintenance.

A large part of China's railway bridges use simply supported T-shaped beams, and sidewalks are set up on both sides of the bridge deck for railway maintenance personnel to walk. The sidewalk adopts the form of steel bracket, which is composed of angle steel welding or splicing, and is fixed to the ballast retaining wall of the bridge deck by pre-embedded U-shaped bolts or pre-embedded T-shaped steel. Reinforced concrete sidewalk steps are laid on the bracket. The construction process is more complicated, and the later maintenance and repair work is heavy.

Steel beams in non-sound barrier areas: mainly composed of lower flange plates, webs, upper flange plates, railing column foundations, railing columns, studs, rubber pads, railing round bars, railing angles and bolts.

Steel beams in the sound barrier areas: mainly composed of lower flange plates, webs, upper flange plates, sound barrier column foundations, railing columns, studs, and rubber pads.

cutting---leveling---welding---shot blasting---Co-infiltration---cleaning---passivation---sealing---packing

  • Surface quality

There should be no welding slag, spatter, burr, etc. on the surface; the technical requirements of the welding part should meet the design regulations. When there is no specific stipulation, the technical requirements of the welding part should meet the requirements of Appendix G in Q/CR9211, and the welding non-destructive test should be in accordance with JB/ T6061 stipulates to proceed.

  • Anti-corrosion layer of steel beam

Except for railing posts, railing angles, railing steel bars and bolts, the rest of the steel beams are treated with composite infiltration layer technology for anti-corrosion treatment (multi-element powder co-infiltration after welding + passivation without heavy metal element passivation + sealing treatment) .

  • Anti-corrosion layer for sidewalk railings and bolts

Sidewalk railing posts, railing angles and bolts are treated with multi-alloy co-infiltration for anticorrosion treatment, which meets the relevant regulations of TB/T3274.
